Welcome to Broadway Signature Experiences. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry or booking, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services & Quotes

Broadway Signature Experiences LLC provides event rental and coordination services for private and corporate events. All services are quoted on a custom, per-event basis; prices depend on your event details, selections, and third-party vendor costs. Quotes and proposals are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in the proposal. A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit is received and we provide written confirmation.

2. Bookings, Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to reserve your event date; your date is not held until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before or on the event date, as specified in your proposal or agreement. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. Deposits are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your event agreement.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your individual event agreement or proposal. Changes to event scope, date, or details may affect pricing and availability and must be agreed in writing.

4. Vendors & Third Parties

We coordinate and source services through independent third-party vendors. While we select vendors carefully, we are not liable for the independent acts or omissions of third-party vendors beyond our reasonable control. Specific responsibilities are described in your event agreement.

5. SMS / Text Messaging

By opting in through our contact or discovery forms, you may receive event consultation confirmations, discovery call reminders, quote and proposal follow-ups, event-day logistics updates, and occasional promotional offers on seasonal packages from Broadway Signature Experiences LLC. Our forms present two separate, optional consent choices — one for marketing messages and one for non-marketing messages — and we send only what you agreed to receive. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting any form.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (818) 699-9636. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Website Use

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
