Broadway Signature Experiences provides event rentals, planning, decor, vendor coordination, and related event services throughout Southern California. Specific services, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal or contract.
A signed agreement and deposit may be required to reserve inventory and event dates. Final balances and payment schedules are outlined in your proposal. Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by service type and will be provided before confirmation.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, venue access, and required permits where applicable. Broadway Signature Experiences maintains appropriate business insurance and expects venues and clients to communicate site-specific requirements in advance.
