Our rental inventory includes event tents and structures, tables and chairs, stage platforms and risers, photo booths, mobile bar setups, balloon decor installations, backdrops and event decor, uplighting, and DJ services and equipment.
Yes. We can show you inventory samples and options during your in-person or virtual consultation. We also maintain a gallery on our website showcasing our inventory in event settings.
All of our rental inventory is inspected, cleaned, and maintained between events. We take pride in the condition of our equipment and ensure every item delivered to your event is in pristine, event-ready condition.
Every rental package we create is custom. We don't offer pre-built packages because no two events have the same needs. Our proposals are built specifically for your event, venue, guest count, and aesthetic.
Our rental agreement includes clear terms regarding damage. We carry comprehensive insurance and have transparent policies around damage and liability. We walk all clients through these terms during the consultation and contracting process.
Yes — for all rental orders, we provide professional delivery to your venue, expert setup by our trained crew, and post-event breakdown and retrieval. Our team handles all logistics so you don't have to.
Delivery timing depends on the scope of the rental and your event schedule. We discuss and confirm all delivery and setup timelines during the planning process and document them in your event agreement.
We account for this in our event agreements. We communicate clearly about pickup windows and what to do if your event timeline shifts. We always aim to be flexible and accommodating.
Depending on the event and logistics, we may be able to accommodate events outside our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply. Please inquire during your consultation about your specific location.
Yes — we ask all clients to provide a floor plan or layout sketch as part of the consultation process. Our crew works from this plan to ensure precise, accurate placement of all items.
We offer full-service event planning, partial planning, day-of coordination, and consulting and design services for weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
Not necessarily — many clients rent from us without engaging planning services. However, clients who combine rentals with planning services typically experience a more cohesive process, better design integration, and less stress. We're happy to discuss what level of support makes sense for your event during your consultation.
The earlier, the better. For weddings, we recommend 12–18 months in advance. For corporate events, 3–6 months ahead of your event date is ideal. For private parties, 2–3 months allows us to do our best work.
Absolutely. We integrate with existing vendor teams regularly. We'll coordinate communication, manage logistics, and work alongside any vendor relationships you've already established.
Pricing is based on the specific items and services included in your proposal, the duration of the rental period, delivery logistics, and any add-ons or customizations you select. We provide fully itemized proposals so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Yes. A deposit is required to hold your event date and reserved inventory. The deposit amount and payment schedule are outlined in your event agreement. We accept multiple forms of payment for client convenience.
Our cancellation policy is clearly outlined in our client agreement and reviewed during the consultation process. We recommend reviewing this before signing, and we're always happy to answer questions about it.
Yes. For large-scale events, multi-day engagements, and clients with recurring event needs, we can discuss custom package pricing. Please raise this during your consultation.
We are committed to transparent pricing. Your proposal will include all applicable fees — including delivery, setup, breakdown, and any applicable mileage fees. We do not surprise clients with hidden charges after the fact.
Broadway Signature Experiences primarily serves the Los Angeles area and surrounding Southern California communities, including Orange County, San Diego, Palm Springs, Napa Valley, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
