How far in advance should I book wedding rentals?

We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 9 to 12 months before your wedding date — especially for peak season dates (spring and fall). Popular inventory books quickly. Your consultation is the best first step.

Can you coordinate with my wedding planner or venue?

Absolutely. We regularly work alongside wedding planners, venues, and other vendors. Simply share their contact information during your consultation and we'll handle coordination directly.

Do you offer setup and breakdown?

Yes. All rentals include professional delivery, setup, and post-event breakdown. We arrive at the agreed time, install everything to specification, and return after the event to retrieve all items.

Can I create a custom rental package?

Every rental package we create is custom. We don't offer pre-set packages because no two weddings are the same. We build your proposal based on your specific needs, venue, guest count, and aesthetic.

What if something is damaged during the event?

We carry comprehensive insurance and have clear, transparent policies around damage. We'll walk you through all of this during your consultation so there are no surprises.
